With over 26 years in Office Management and 8 years in Human Resources, I have gained deep insight into the challenges of balancing professional demands with personal well-being. My experience navigating high-pressure environments and supporting individuals through workplace and life changes has shaped my holistic approach to coaching, helping others find clarity, resilience, and balance. 

Through my own journey of navigating burnout, grief, and immigration, I have come to understand the importance of setting healthy boundaries and adapting to change. These experiences have shaped my coaching approach, allowing me to support others in building self-awareness, resilience, and a fulfilling sense of well-being.

We’ll begin with a quick chat to
explore your goals for the session.

Guided by your needs, I’ll lead you
through gentle breathing exercises

You can choose to lie down or sit
comfortably in a chair in a serene
setting while I use light touch or
hands-off techniques to encourage
energy flow and balance.

We’ll finish with a reflective moment,
